CASE STUDIES
Anheuser-Busch Super Bowl - Ongoing
LWO was approached in 2022 to manage Anheuser-Busch’s Exceptional Wholesaler group throughout the Superbowl program. Each year the 15 top wholesalers for Anheuser Busch are brought to the Super Bowl as AB’s guests and, over a four-day program, are given a VIP experience including dinners, private boxes at concerts, meet-and-greet experiences with players and musicians and VIP seating at the game itself.
LWO sources and manages these experiences and organizes corporate meetings over the Super Bowl program on behalf of AB showcasing their marketing and branding initiatives for the coming year to their most high profile group of stakeholders.
Spotify Sound Up - 2022
Spotify approached LWO with an RFP for their Sound Up program – an initiative in 12 global regions aimed at encouraging more diverse voices in podcasting. The program urged amateur podcasters with a unique idea or untold story to apply for the program and those stories that were ultimately inspiring became Spotify Originals.
LWO project managed the programs for The US, The UK and a subsidiary of the US program, LatinX. We facilitated virtual group events for the online classroom portion of the program and then a week-long, in-person learning environment.
We took the UK cohort to see the Women’s FA World Cup final in a private suite at Wembley and traveled in a private, fully-branded train car to Birmingham to watch the Commonwealth Games. Various UK sporting legends (Ian Wright, Tessa Sanderson, Nicola Adam, Victor Ubogu) came to speak to the group over delicious meals and in cosy sitting rooms. For the US’ theme of Children and Family, we had a VIP experience at Universal Studios, for LatinX an exclusive, private evening at The Museum of Latin American Art.
It was important for the program to stay true to the diverse cultures and backgrounds of the participants and so vendors, locations, food and speakers were all meticulously sourced to reflect each group’s individual personality.
Disney Ad Sales Client Party – 2022
2Heads invited LWO to collaborate on and project manage a client party celebrating excellence in storytelling, technology and innovation for 1000 attendees at The American Museum of Natural History.
Guests were treated to an evening of music, entertainment and specialty food and beverage. The focus was firmly on reconnecting after the COVID hiatus.
HULU Anime Attendances - Ongoing
In 2023, LWO was contracted by 2Heads Design to project manage Hulu’s presence at Anime expositions for them.
Alongside a 2Heads team, we budgeted for, designed and executed two booths for the streaming titan at Anime Expo 2023 in Los Angeles and Anime NYC 2023 in New York.
Over the seven days of the two shows, we distributed:
3,000 units of Hulu Green boba tea
5,000 tote bags
5,000 branded pins
11,250 posters
5,000 keychains
And welcomed 6,750 visitors to the booth across the four days of Anime Expo and 9,579 visitors to the booth across the three days of Anime NYC.
Fundação Lemann Dinner & Discussion: Eradicating School Illiteracy in Brazil – 2023
Fundação Lemann invited LWO to produce a dinner reception and discussion at the Harvard Club during the week of the UN General Assembly.
The aim of the dinner was to raise awareness of the illiteracy issues in Brazil and for guests to engage with, invest in and contribute to literacy and numeracy projects in Brazil, in partnership with the Foundation. The evening also saw the launch of the Brazilian Collaborative Literacy co-funding partnership with Co-Impact, Natura Institute.
The event saw 60 attendees mix and mingle at the prestigious venue enjoying Brazilian Brigadiero, music and décor.
